Admission Procedures

The following formularies have to be filled:
• 1 Admissions fee
• 1 Collateral letter of guarantee
• 1 form request and authorization to receive clinical-medical and quirurgic treatment
• 1 Deposit request
• 1 Insurance form
• 1 Discharge form

After reviewing the forms, the employee that attends you will explain any doubts and answer your questions. You will be informed about the rooms (cost, payment of upgrades, ubication, desocupancy). A detailed plan of the Clinic will be given to you, to facilitate your stay during your hospitalization, also to facilitate the localization of the room keys and TV remote control. A stretcher-bearer will take you to your room were you will be received by the head nurse.
